Frequently-Asked Questions

Q: I hear your name and see your For Sale signs everywhere; I’ve even seen you on TV. Why are your services in such high demand?
A: In a word: RESULTS!  While many agents are struggling, we do what our sellers want: get their homes SOLD!

Q: I’ve heard you are able to sell homes for more money, on average, than the market average. Is this true?
A: Absolutely! Our results-focused marketing strategies and knowledge of the local markets have allowed us to consistently sell homes for more money (net dollars to our sellers), on average, than the market average.

Q: Is it also true you sell homes faster, on average, than the market average and also sell more homes than the average agent?  How do you do it?
A: Yes, absolutely! Again, our exclusive marketing strategies and market expertise contribute to our success.

Q: How are your marketing programs different than other Realtors and how will they benefit me as a seller?
A: Since most buyers start their home search on the internet, much of our marketing is focused there. In addition, we market directly to other Realtors, who are working with the buyers that our sellers want access to. Also, we do much more “high-tech” marketing that most other agents; in fact, much of the marketing we do, requires skills other agents don’t possess. This gives our sellers a selling “edge” in today’s competitive marketplace.

Q: In this market, many homes never sell. How often do your listings “expire” and not sell?
A: We are proud to say that we have never had a listing “expire”. If our sellers truly want to sell, we get them sold!

Q: I’ve heard that sellers like me should not sell in the current market and wait a year or two for the market to “recover”. This may allow me to sell for a higher price later. What do you think?
A: It depends. If you want or need to sell within the next three years, then I recommend selling sooner rather than later, since prices may continue to decline for another year or two, and then may take another three to five years to “recover”. If you can stay in your home for at least five to seven more years, then maybe you should consider not selling now and wait for prices to improve. If you are not sure what to do, we would be happy to discuss your particular situation and, together, we can determine what may make the most sense for you at this time.

Q: What if, while my house is listed with you, I decide that I don’t want to sell or change my mind for any reason, can I cancel the listing agreement?
A: Absolutely! We offer all our sellers a “no hassle, cancel anytime” listing agreement.

Q: What sets you apart from other Realtors and why should I ask you to handle the sale of my home?
A: That’s simple… our TRACK RECORD, our RESULTS, and our MANY, MANY SATISIFIED CLIENTS.
